With an outstanding Spanish Revival ambience, and continuous open adjoining gardens and Reflecting Pool overlooking Northport Harbor, the Courtyard is fantastic for networking and social events. From cocktail receptions and seated dinners to large-scale productions, the Courtyard is grand, flexible event space.
Sitting on what was Mr. Vanderbilt’s golf course, the Celebration Tent offers magnificent views overlooking Northport Bay and the Hall of Fishes. The Celebration Tent is an ideal location for corporate receptions, weddings, and large-scale group functions.
The Reichert Planetarium is one of the finest and the most advanced in the United States, and the largest astronomical facility on Long Island.
The Planetarium’s GeminiStar III system – which includes a Konica Minolta Infinium-L star projector, full-dome video and surround-sound – offers audiences a spectacular immersive experience.
The Planetarium features comfortable graduated seating under a 60-foot dome, providing a superb venue for a hosted event, custom planetarium shows narrated by one of the Museum’s astronomers, corporate presentations, performances, lectures, and seminars.
Availability limited to Monday through Thursday, and Sunday evenings.

The Rose Garden overlooks Northport Bay and features a reflecting pool fountain, historical columns, and decorative Samuel Yellin iron gates.
